They provide secure and innovative cloud and hybrid solutions for businesses which are accurate and cost effective. Our client is looking for a self-motivated support engineer who wants to learn and continue to advance their technical knowledge; with a view to progress within the company.
·3 years’ experience in IT Support.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
·Brilliant customer facing skills and phone manner.
·Knowledge of hardware from Dell, Draytek, SonicWall.
·Experience with VoIP technology.
·Knowledge of technologies such as Windows 11, Firewalls, Active Directory and Managed WiFi.
·Managing and escalation of tickets.
·Taking on a high volume of tickets on a day-to-day basis.
·Dealing with customers over the phone and in person.
·Proving 2ndand 3rdline level of service.
·Lead on the configuration, maintenance and support of the infrastructure and systems used by their customers.
·Contribute with ideas for the team to help continue service improvement.
