2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Working Pattern: On Site
Connect IT has partnered with a leadingservice providerwho are experts at sourcing IT services to SME businesses and organizations.Our client is looking for a versatile and experienced IT Engineer as they look to expand their dynamic team and their services and support.

·Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
·Exceptional focus on accuracy and precision.
·Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
·Knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems spanning from 2012 to 2022/10-11.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Expertise in WAN, LAN, WLAN, NAT, Firewalls, and other networking devices.
·Knowledge of Backup solutions such as Acronis and other cloud backup tools.
·Experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and diagnosing VPNs (specifically Draytek).
·To provide 1st and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service.
·Assists with SharePoint Management and Administration.
Handling customer queries on the phone, remotely, and on-site.
Generating customer reports from various systems.
Liaising with 3rd party suppliers.
Accurate quoting for hardware and labour costs.
Building equipment to customer specifications.
Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues and determine when they should be escalated to a higher level.
