As aBusiness Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development of new revenue streams and clients via the rigorous application of metrics and data research.
About the role:
Understand and apply knowledge about the market within area of responsibility
Conduct research across a range of data sources
Collate and organise data against a set of guiding criteria
Analyse / manipulate data sets to draw key insights
Identify unique new business targets in line with strategy
Create written and comprehensive reports with clear actionable recommendations
Input identified targets from research into CRM system and track progress
Continuously look for other data source opportunities to improve research process
About you:
Previous experience in research / data management and analysis
Previous experience managing a CRM system
Analytical skills
Commercially focussed creative thinking
Data manipulation modelling skills
Process oriented with the ability to make decisions / recommendations
Advanced excel/database skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with different audiences
