Salary: £25k per annum,plus an attractive benefits package, 25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday.
Connect-IT has partnered with a tech company that provides efficient workspaces for companies to increase productivity. They are a fast-paced, growing business that offers in-house training and the opportunity to take on more responsibility.
They are looking for a HR Co-Ordinator to come in to help provide general HR admin work assisting the HR manager. This role would be suitable for someone who is looking to get their foot into the HR world and learn the day-to-day responsibilities of a HR role.
·Assist and support the HR manager in day-to-day work
·General office admin, answering the phones and replying to emails
·Assist in the recruitment processes
·Produce HR letters and update the system with any changes
·Onboarding of new starters
·Working towards/have Level 3 CIPD Qualification (Desirable)
·An interest in Human Resources
·Experience working in an Office admin role
·Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills
·Strong Office 365 and IT Skills
·Highly proactive, flexible, enthusiastic, and pragmatic delivery-orientated approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
·High levels of attention to detail
