IT PMO Coordinator

Connect-IT Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator who is looking to kick start their career in the cloud and software industry.
The role will provide essential Project Management support for new products, projects, and services. You will support the internal project team, client and project stakeholders from project conception to delivery, providing updates to the Head of Software Development throughout.
About the Role:
Develop and maintain projects plans, milestones and delivery timelines.
Monitor the progress of each project identifying any concerns, such as unforeseen challenges.
Post project reviews and retrospectives. Use of SPRINT and SCRUM methodologies.
Author and update internal and external documentation of existing and proposed business processes, and ensure developers are achieving project deliverables.
Identify risks, blockers (RAID), issues and discrepancies to the Head of Software Development and take action accordingly.
Ensure all changes are documented and approved through Change Management (using Jira PM tool).
