Job Title: IT Team Lead

Location: London

Working Pattern: Average 3 days a week WFH, multi-site travel

Salary: Up to £37k dependant on experience + Annual Bonus

Full Driving License and Access to your own vehicle are required.

Connect IT has partnered with one of the leading suppliers of education support services that cover ICT, finance, HR & payroll offerings and we are looking to add an IT Team Lead to their dynamic and experienced team.

This role is an advanced ICT support level and will include service delivery management, project management and network management. You will also be responsible for managing multiple ICT engineers and issue resolution from a technical, customer service basis.

Responsibilities

·Providing technical support and guidance to clients and staff

·Conducting yourself in a professional manner while conducting all tasks with integrity

·Staying in communication with the Service Desks, ICT Service Lead, and Operations Director

·Effectively managing your time and regularly checking the ICT Support Schedule for yourself and your team

·Collaborating with internal and external ICT partners and colleagues on new sales, projects, and development initiatives

·Being available to cover for other members of the ICT team as needed, including Service Delivery, Project, Network, and Line Managers.

Desirable Experience

·Server operating systems; Windows 2012 and up

·MS Server Virtualisation using MS Hyper-V

·SAN and NAS specification, configuration, and deployment

·Microsoft Exchange and SQL administration and configuration (2014 and up)

·Desktop Windows 10 and up

·Microsoft Office 2010 and up

·O365 and Google Workspace Use and Administration

·Network methodologies, equipment, and protocols, including a full understanding of fibre systems.

·Interactive Classroom Devices; Touch Screens and Interactive Whiteboards

·Managed Printing solutions, including PaperCut

·Installation, migration, and configuration of critical school applications, including Sims.net, Arbor,

·Bromcom, SQL, Groupcall data exporters such as Emerge and Wonde

·VOIP and CCTV technology
