Location: Based in Wembley, you will be expected to travel and work from other sites across London.

Connect IT has partnered with a housing association company and we are on the lookout for an experienced and versatile principal developer who can manage the development and CRM/Power Platform.
•Collaborate with the ITT Principal Developer to comprehend the existing solution and assist in delivering new features.
•Develop support materials and technical documentation in collaboration with the Business Systems Support team for distribution to support teams.
•Work closely with the Head of ITT Technical Services, ITT Principal Developer, and CRM Product Owner to ensure smooth operation of the D365 solutions in compliance with the agreed-upon functional requirements.
•Verify that items delivered by the development team adhere to internal quality standards and coding best practices, and meet requirements.
•Lead the acceptance and transition of new solutions to the BAU service, conduct code reviews as needed, and maintain high-quality assurance standards.
•Create and maintain solutions for SharePoint and MS Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
•Assist in testing new solutions and features and develop and implement fixes and improvements for existing solutions.
•Continuously seek and develop areas for improving platform performance and stability.
•Troubleshoot and debug business-critical applications, and manage problems and bugs as they arise.
•Collaborate with Technical and Data Architects under supervision to complete key architectural artefacts and related documentation.
•Understand user experience analysis and principles, clarify the purpose of user stories, and prioritize user needs.
•Possess a general understanding of information security and the various security controls that can be employed to mitigate security threats in solutions and services.
Degree educated in Computer Science or related field preferred

·Previous experience in an ITIL-compliant support environment
·Experience working as a developer on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
