Sales & Marketing Director
Salary: Up to £80k plus an attractive benefits package!
Location: Southampton – Hybrid - 1 day a week in Southampton with occasional travel to UK/ Europe to meet clients, and staff members or host events.

My client is a rapidly growing business expanding its portfolio. As a Sales & Marketing Director, you will be a key team member, helping create and deliver sales & marketing strategies. You will be building a team around you over time and working closely with key stakeholders in the business.
·Prepare an online marketing strategy to create social media engagement, increase website traffic and improve conversion on all online channels.
·Take ownership of brand awareness and website content schedule, ensuring these fit with the overall marketing strategy.
·Managing all social media channels and campaigns for the group ensuring all content is up to date and fully optimised within brand guidelines.
·Lead and support conducting ongoing keyword research and analytics to ensure SEO and PPC stay relevant.
·Effectively measuring the success of campaigns, ensuring timely reports are communicated on all elements.
·Develop and implement a sales strategy according to company goals and revenue objectives to accelerate growth.
·Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed demand-generation plans for commercial opportunities.
·Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
·Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
·Monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
·5+ years’ experience in a similar role
·Experience in building pro-active marking & sales strategies with demonstrated results.
·Experience in planning, managing and executing all digital and traditional marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM and display advertising.
·Proven track record of tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing metrics and performance for all activities, as well as sales results.
·Google Analytics proficient and have the ability to translate data.
