Senior Software Engineer
Salary: Up to £43K depending on experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join one of our top clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Produce fit for purpose software within time & project constraints, integrating hardware/instrumentation/UUTs with software where required
Work as part of a project team with engineers from other disciplines
Conduct peer assessment of coding, identifying ‘bugs’or any other problems/concerns
Carry out acceptance testing (factory and on-site)
Work to company’s Qualityprocedures (controlled documentation & change control management)

Experience:
Demonstrable experience of software design in the Test & Measurement industry
Experience of software design process from development of brief through to final validation
LabVIEW experience (CLAD minimum) and willing to work to & maintain CLD certification
Embedded controller experience desirable but not essential
Qualifications:
Formal qualification in engineering design (degree or equivalent)
Possess all requirements for successfully meeting formal Security Check (SC) criteria
