VP Of Sales (SaaS, FinTech, Payments)
Salary: up to €160k (depending on relevant experience) plus an expectational benefits package such as private healthcare, Share and equity options, home working, flexible hours, 25 days holiday and more.
Location: Madrid or London (80% home, 20% office)

As part of the growth, we are currently looking for an experienced VP of Sales to be based in Madrid or London and want to join a great company with a great mission!
Design international Sales Plan for the Company
Manage an international team of 7 based in both the UK and Spain and set its targets.
Understand the market and its trends and our competitors
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Travel for key meetings (UK-Spain)
Working closely with internal stakeholders.
Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish fluently and have previous experience working in a Fintech / SaaS and, ideally, payments.
What you’ll receive
The salary proposal for the position is 130.000€ to 160.000€ gross annual base salary, depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience, plus great commission.
Leave Period: 25 holiday days of your choosing + your birthday day off + bank holidays.
