While maintaining our commitment to excellence, Connect Group will specialise in the dynamic sectors of IT, Marketing, and AI, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled expertise and service.

​In the ever-evolving recruitment landscape, the year 2023 marked a pivotal moment for the world emerged from past challenges, we embraced the spirit of exploration and innovation, determined to seize new opportunities and expand our horizons. We've cultivated impactful partnerships globally in Germany, Spain, and Canada, honing our IT, Marketing, and AI expertise. Also, we are expanding our team to include diversity consultants, ensuring our commitment to inclusive excellence remains steadfast.

Year of Growth!

​2022 has been an exceptional year for Connect-IT Recruitment. We have grown from 1 employee to 5, and ​we are yet to welcome two new starters in 2023. We moved to a new HQ and expanded our services to the US, Canada and EU. To follow our mission, the team is now split into three main sectors (Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure & Data and Marketing. Our Goal in 2023: we constantly look ahead and strive to achieve more. For 2023, our Goal is to become a trusted partner across the Middle East and build a strong team of 10+ consultants.
