During the uncertain times brought by the pandemic in 2021, our Managing Director, Fadi Jawish, embarked on an inspiring journey. Driven by a strong belief in his vision, Fadi founded a recruitment agency dedicated exclusively to IT.
Even during tough economic times and widespread job cuts, Fadi stayed determined. He saw how the digital world was changing and realized there was a big demand for IT experts everywhere. That's why he started Connect-IT Recruitment with a simple goal: to connect talented people with great opportunities, all while focusing on excellence and a fresh new approach.
As time progressed, we began steadily expanding our team of consultants, recognizing the importance of having a diverse and skilled workforce to drive our agency forward. Today, we are proud to boast a team of seven exceptional consultants, each bringing their unique expertise and perspective to the table. This tight-knit team has been super important in our journey, helping us succeed and ensuring we can serve our clients even better!
During these years, we quickly expanded our services beyond the UK; we've reached international shores, serving clients in the USA, Canada, Germany, and Spain, steadily enriching our portfolio of clients and database of candidates along the way.
However, our ambition continued. We recognized an opportunity to broaden our companies’ horizons and enhance our offerings. Through meticulous planning and strategic thinking, we made the decision to extend our focus beyond IT. This led us to explore two additional promising fields: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Marketing.
This expansion marked a significant milestone in the agency's evolution. With the launch of Connect Group and its divisions, Connect IT, Connect AI, and Connect Marketing, we have transformed Connect-IT Recruitment into a comprehensive talent solution provider that caters to businesses' evolving needs in the digital age.
