Connect IT has partnered with a B2B-focused client with a significant focus on facilitating virtual meetings across some of the biggest corporations and organisations.
They are looking to add an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the admin and customization of their Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, a track record of successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce, encompassing user administration, security measures, data reliability, and system setup.
•Tailor and adjust Salesforce to align with business needs, encompassing the creation of custom entities, fields, automation workflows, and validation protocols.
•Offer advanced-level assistance to Salesforce users, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
•Create and execute training initiatives for end-users to optimize their utilization of the platform.
•Formulate and execute strategies for data migration and integration, establishing connections between Salesforce and other systems.
•Assume a central role in the launch of a transformative project, contributing to the design and implementation of the new software ecosystem solution
•A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•Possession of Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator or equivalent certifications would be advantageous).
•Demonstrated track record as a Salesforce Administrator, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
