Job Title: Software Architect
Location: Remote UK/Europe
Connect IT has partnered with a leading venue and event planning platform provider and we are seeking a skilled and collaborative Software Architect to join their team and lead the project vision for our client. This exciting opportunity entails managing and supporting a cutting-edge real-time platform that offers a complete range of event planning, design, and management tools.
Responsibilities
·Review incoming requests and requirements to determine their feasibility and impact, and suggest any necessary adjustments
·Identify potential causes of issues and recommend preventive measures
·Collaborate with other platforms to ensure seamless integration
·Communicate with partners or clients regarding APIs, ensuring that any proposed functionality is delivered in a secure and reliable manner
·Assist in identifying the most efficient and risk-averse path for implementing new features or modifying existing ones.
Requirements
·More than 10 years of experience (or as close as possible to this)
·LAMP stack, experience with Yii and Angular, with Saas systems hosted in the cloud.
·Experienced with supervising end-to-end architecture and feature changes and front-end decisions on consumer and business SaaS systems
·Experienced with providing leadership to engineers, QA and product stakeholders
·Ideally with a track record of building and deploying mission-critical, highly distributed, large-scale SaaS applications for thousands of users
