Job Title: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing product APIs and integration services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software integration methodologies, a passion for designing exceptional APIs, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Identify and define solutions to complex business problems, maximizing value for stakeholders.
·Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
·Document business and technical requirements.
·Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure delivered solutions delight customers.
·Produce customer-facing documentation for delivered features.
·Provide input into the continuous improvement of our agile procedures and processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
·4+ years experience working with API’s
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
·Knowledge of API and integration technologies, such as GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, microservices, and service buses, and their impact on API design.
·Experience designing a modern Restful API as a Product.
·Experience designing APIs for both end customers and internally.
·Knowledge of integration methodologies and frameworks (iPaaS) and event/consumer methodologies for integrating with 3rd party systems.
