In this role, you’ll get to work with clients from hospitality, education, retail, local authorities to marketing and leisure.

Conduct outbound calls to targeted UK based companies across all sectors
Identify decision makers and business opportunities in target customers
Building target customer database, ranking size and likelihood of opportunity
Respond to customer enquiries, questions and concerns appropriately and timely
Contribute to team and sales meetings, driving improvements and outputs
Provision of feedback and data on the effectiveness of marketing activities, making recommendations for new/improved ways of working
Keep CRM system up to date through regular maintenance and reviews researching areas What you can bring.
Experience in sales and customer service • Good working knowledge of the point of sale industry would be beneficial
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product
Good internal and external stakeholder management
Ability to interpret and manage self against tracking systems and procedures
