Remote Data Architect - Business Intelligence and Analytics (Data Modelling, HR Domain)
Salary Range: £80,000 - £130,000 per annum plus excellent benefits package!
Location: Full-time remote with occasional visits to my client offices in London

Are you a seasoned data architect with a flair for end-to-end data architecture, reporting, and analytics? We are seeking a Data Architect to join my client on a full-time remote role. This presents a compelling opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive business intelligence and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Spearheaded end-to-end data architecture, reporting, and analytics projects.
·Apply your expertise in HR domain (preferred) to augment data solutions.
·Develop and oversee BI and analytics architecture, data assets, data modelling, and data taxonomy.
·Showcase proficiency in dashboard design and information visualisation techniques.
·Effectively utilize data management and data modelling tools.
·Contribute to BI and analytics projects and IT service delivery.
·Excel in data modelling, database design, and data integration technologies (e.g., relational databases, data warehousing, ETL tools).
·Extract insights from both structured and unstructured data.
·Establish robust data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance measures.
·Leverage your knowledge of architecture methodologies, principles, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) to define technology domain roadmaps.
·Apply your strong analytical and logical thinking skills to solve intricate data challenges.
·Communicate complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
·Manage communication and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, persuading them on project initiatives.
Qualifications:
·Demonstrated experience in data architecture, reporting, and analytics.
·Proficiency with data management and modelling tools.
·Competency in HR technology (Workday or Success Factors experience is a plus).
·Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
·Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
·Agile project management skills.
·Problem-solving and analytical skills to design scalable data solutions.
·Strong customer service orientation for internal clients.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
·End-to-end HR Techno-Functional delivery experience.
·Functional experience in HR technology, with a proven track record in Workday or Success Factors.
·Experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
