Inside Sales Associate x2
Salary: Up to £40k
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Connect-IT have partnered with a leading FinTech company who are revolutionizing the way financial professionals manage investments. They're seeking a talented Inside Sales Associate to join their team and play a key role in driving sales of their financial technology solutions.
In this role, you will:
·Build relationships with qualified leads generated through various channels.
·Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to understand their pain points and identify potential solutions.
·Secure qualified appointments for Account Executives.
·Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term client relationships.
·Stay up-to-date with relevant financial news and trends to enhance your understanding of client needs and effectively position the company's solutions.
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
To be successful, you will:
·Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
·1-2 years’ experience working in Sales – Fintech industry preferred.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
·Have a confident and persuasive approach to sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets.
·Be a quick learner with a strong understanding of technology and finance.
