The right candidate will be responsible for the efficient management and support of the infrastructure, networking, and telecommunications systems across the business. Your role will involve overseeing the seamless operation of these critical components, ensuring optimal performance, and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. From configuring and maintaining hardware and software to troubleshooting networking, you'll play a key role in sustaining a reliable and secure IT environment. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, staying abreast of emerging technologies, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall internal IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
•Address and resolve issues reported by end users.
•Record, track, and update tickets in the Incident Management System.
•Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.
•Oversee network servers and technology tools.
•Establish accounts and set up workstations.
•Monitor system performance and conduct necessary maintenance.
•Identify and troubleshoot issues and outages.
•Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
•Implement system upgrades with new releases and models.
•Acquire expertise to train staff on new technologies.
•Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
•Collaborate with third-party support companies as needed for additional assistance.
