Responsibilities:
∙Collaborate closely with project managers and product specialists to ensure seamless technical setup, testing, and configuration of complex projects.
∙Work with vendors and manufacturers to integrate cloud solutions and third-party systems into project implementations.
∙Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and testing new software and hardware technologies.
∙Document and maintain internal processes and guides, ensuring efficient team collaboration.
∙Participate in client meetings as needed, providing technical expertise and clear communication.
∙Oversee the technical handover of completed projects to the support team, ensuring smooth transition.
Qualifications:
∙2-3 years experience providing IT Support
∙Strong understanding of networking, hardware, and software within the AV and IT landscape.
∙Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
∙Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
