In this role, you'll be a strategic mastermind, crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and solidify their position as an industry leader.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Develop a winning digital strategy aligned with their cutting-edge B2B software solutions.

  • Craft compelling content across all digital channels – website, blog, social media, email – to captivate target audiences and elevate brand awareness.

  • Mastermind SEO and SEM campaigns to dominate search engines, generate organic traffic, and attract high-quality leads.

  • Spearhead social media strategies (paid & organic) to amplify brand messaging, foster community engagement, and fuel lead generation.

  • Architect and execute data-driven email campaigns to nurture leads, promote offerings, and retain customers.

  • Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, glean valuable insights, and optimize future strategies.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Sales, Product Development) to ensure marketing initiatives harmonize with overall business goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decision-making.

To thrive here, you'll possess:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing for smaller, high-tech companies (product value proposition experience a plus).

  • In-depth grasp of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) specifically geared towards B2B lead generation.

  • Keen analytical mind with a knack for leveraging internal & external influencers in complex sales cycles.

  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Team player who flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go.

  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications (Master's a plus).
